Western Design Tavern

For an inviting space for casual entertaining, Heidi created a “Tavern” that is inspired by the mine shaft of the Queen Mine Rail Tour in Bisbee, Arizona.  Behind the door stands a Subzero temperature controlled wine chiller that Heidi artfully integrated into the entertaining space without taking away from its rustic look.  The stained glass window by Kathryn Tonnessen stylizes Pinnacle Peak and adds brilliant color to the space.  The window slides offering back-to-back bar service with another bar directly outside providing indoor-outdoor entertaining.  The Sam Moore Settee was custom upholstered in NU and Moore & Giles leathers in the yoke pattern of a classic western shirt.  Arts & Crafts bar stools, occasional table, ceiling fixture and pendants with mica glass--all from Hammerton.  Converted (or Electrified) kerosene lanterns by Roc Corbett. The rug is from David E. Adler Gallery.  Floor is quartzite and walls are Colorado Beaver Creek stone from Anasazi.  Ceiling is reclaimed barn siding and trusses from Michigan.  The tavern also features a flat screen TV that drops from the ceiling at the touch of a remote.
