David worked as a master craftsman for a rustic furniture company for 8 years before striking out on his own.
David and his family gather all of the wood used in his unique rustic creations from the woods near their home and his woodshop.
David makes pieces that are sturdy and that will stand up to everyday life. He hand glues all of the tops of his pieces and hand applies the finishes.
David’s pieces can be seen in the Lake Placid Lodge and the Whiteface Lodge in Lake Placid, New York. His furniture is available at Bald Mountain Rustics in Keene Valley, New York.
